Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a field-based Sales Representative for ENT in the United States. You will promote ENT solutions, engage with physicians and clinical teams, and manage a defined territory across office and procedural settings.

The role blends consultative selling with product support, requires travel within the territory, and involves collaboration with regional leadership to meet growth and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with either 2+ years of quota-carrying outside sales in medical devices/healthcare, or 5+ years in outside/B2B/territory selling with goals.
• Experience in a customer-facing or high-performance environment with interest in sales is acceptable.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel across territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a defined sales territory by promoting ENT products to physicians and hospitals.
• Meet or exceed sales targets via territory planning and account development.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow relationships within existing accounts.
• Support product evaluations, procedures, and demos in OR and office settings.
• Educate customers on features, clinical applications, and value to drive purchasing decisions.
• Build relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and key decision-makers.
• Manage inventory, forecast territory needs, and maintain records.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to implement territory strategies.
