The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 1+ years in admissions or sales (preferred), and strong time management to handle multiple deadlines. NYC office or remote work available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or graduate experience.
• 1+ years in higher education, admissions, recruitment, or sales preferred.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Positive attitude, grit, drive, and persistence.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects.
• Strong time management and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and understand prospective students' needs.
• Engage in outreach via phone, text, and email with expected cadence.
• Qualify inquiries and applicants for degree programs and encourage timely application progression.
• Articulate offerings and differentiators to individuals and groups at events.
• Guide prospects through the application lifecycle from inquiry to deposit with ethical advice.
