Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1+ years in higher education, admissions, recruitment, or sales preferred.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Positive attitude with grit, drive, and persistence.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects.
• Strong time management; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and understand prospective students' needs.
• Engage in outreach via phone, text and email with expected cadence.
• Qualify inquiries and applicants for degree programs and encourage timely applications.
• Articulate institutional offerings and differentiators to individuals and at events.
• Guide prospects through the application lifecycle from inquiry through deposit.
