Scene Health is seeking an Outbound Enrollment Specialist to reach eligible program participants by phone, text, and video, guiding them into a high-touch health program that supports medication adherence and lifestyle changes. You will build trust, motivate patients toward health goals, and ensure ongoing support throughout their enrollment journey.

Responsibilities include outbound calling, texting, and app assistance; you will use Salesforce to manage records and coordinate with care teams.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in health education, patient engagement, or a related healthcare role.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Experience in enrollment/onboarding/call center environment.
• Weekend availability.

Mansioni

• Outreach to patient prospects via phone, text, and email to introduce Scene services and enable enrollment.
• Listen actively to identify programs matching insurance benefits and health needs.
• Guide patients through the enrollment process with motivational support and clarity.
• Maintain accurate patient demographics in Salesforce and track enrollment status.
• Overcome objections and technical barriers to ensure a smooth onboarding.
• Assist patients with technical setup, app downloads, and video check-ins as needed.
• Connect patients with health system resources and Scene's Spotlight app for Health Coach support.
• Document interactions and follow-ups in the CRM and internal systems.
