Job summary

Spring Health is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to manage clinician enrollment with health plans and keep rosters accurately listed on plan rosters. The role is fully remote and reports to Enrollment Manager, collaborating with Credentialing, Onboarding, and Claims teams to ensure accurate provider enrollment and timely payments.

You will leverage Google Sheets, Excel, and AI tools to automate submissions, verify data, and improve processes while communicating clearly with clinicians and plan

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct experience in provider enrollment and rostering with commercial health plans.
• Experience following health plan submission requirements and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Submit and track clinician enrollment requests with multiple health plans.
• Build, quality-check, and submit clinician rosters to health plans using Google Sheets and Excel.
• Reconcile roster and enrollment records across internal systems and plan-provided files.
• Process requests to add or remove a health plan or a state license.
• Manage clinician terminations and plan unenrollments.
• Monitor enrollment status and escalation of delays with proposed next steps.
• Communicate with clinicians and health plan contacts clearly.
• Use AI tools daily for automations and data verification.
• Improve roster submission steps using spreadsheet automation and AI.
• Work with cross functional teams on provider inquiries.
• Support payer escalations with timely data for claims.
• Update the Alma Portal to align roster data with product.
• Prepare monthly executive reports on roster and waitlist accuracy.
