Job summary

Spring Health is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to own clinician enrollment with health plans and keep rosters accurately listed. This fully remote, full-time role focuses on enrollments, roster data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration with Credentialing, Onboarding, and Claims teams.

You’ll leverage AI tools for automations, spreadsheets, and data validation to ensure timely, accurate enrollments and smooth provider payments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct experience in provider enrollment and rostering with commercial health plans.
• Experience following each plan's enrollment process to achieve clean acceptances.
• Experience improving roster submission or enrollment workflows with measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Submit and track clinician enrollment requests with multiple health plans and set correct effective dates.
• Build and submit clinician rosters to health plans using Google Sheets and Excel.
• Reconcile roster records across internal systems and plan files to avoid errors.
• Process requests to add/remove health plans or state licenses and update records.
• Manage clinician terminations and plan unenrollments with accurate end dates.
• Monitor enrollment status, elevate delays with proposed next steps.
• Communicate with clinicians and health plan contacts clearly and promptly.
• Use AI tools daily for automations, data analysis, and validation against source data.
• Automate roster submission steps and document procedures for currency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on payer credentialing inquiries.
• Support payer escalations with enrollment status data for claims team.
• Update Alma Portal to align roster data and flag errors with product team.
• Prepare monthly executive reports on roster and waitlist accuracy.
