Job summary

Spring Health is hiring an Enrollment Specialist to own clinician enrollment with health plans and ensure accurate roster listings. This fully remote, full-time role requires coordinating across Credentialing, Onboarding, and Claims teams and using AI tools to validate output before submission.

You will build rosters, manage enrollments and terminations, monitor turnaround times, and communicate professionally with clinicians and plan contacts. Travel is not required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct experience in provider enrollment and rostering with commercial health plans.

Responsibilities

• Submit and track clinician enrollment requests with health plans.
• Build and submit clinician rosters in Google Sheets and Excel.
• Reconcile roster and enrollment records across systems.
• Manage add/remove requests and state licenses.
• Monitor enrollment status and elevate delays with context and next steps.
• Communicate clearly with clinicians and health plan contacts.
