Job summary

Oscar Health is hiring an Enrollment Processor (Eligibility) to join our Eligibility & Billing team, fully remote in the United States. The role handles back-office tasks and member inquiries per SOPs, reporting to the Associate Manager, Eligibility & Billing.

Work location is remote across most US states, with occasional travel to team meetings. Base pay varies by location, plus benefits including paid vacation accrual and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of administrative, customer service, data-entry, operations, healthcare, or insurance work.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Comfort using computers, multiple systems, and standard office tools.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to follow written procedures.
• Ability to handle confidential member information appropriately.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage routine, deadline-driven work and meet productivity/quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of enrollment and billing processes, procedures and regulations.
• Complete enrollment and billing tasks through multiple channels according to SOPs.
• Manage an assigned caseload while maintaining service delivery, productivity, and quality.
• Form working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support leadership by identifying issues through escalation pathways.
• Monitor and track health of all assigned work-in-progress issues.
• Escalate and resolve issues to ensure timely turnaround.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Comply with laws and HIPAA/privacy standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
