Job summary

Uncommon Schools in Boston is seeking an Enrollment Coordinator to expand educational access for Roxbury Prep Charter School. As a core member of the Boston Regional Team, you will recruit students by building authentic relationships with local families, organizations and neighborhood partners, guiding them from initial contact through registration.

You will manage grassroots outreach, events, and Salesforce-based data tracking, serving as a trusted ambassador for Roxbury Prep across Boston.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in student recruitment, grassroots canvassing, or community engagement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organization, time management, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage and analyze data with high attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Organize and participate in grassroots outreach tactics, including canvassing, flyering, and events.
• Build relationships with community organizations to engage prospective families.
• Plan and execute enrollment events for prospective families.
• Serve as a positive ambassador for Roxbury Prep Charter School within the community.
• Support families by guiding them through the application and enrollment process.
• Use enrollment tracking systems to monitor progress toward recruitment goals.
