  • Assist families in understanding application requirements, deadlines, and next steps.
  • Maintain and update enrollment records to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide support to community‑based organizations regarding enrollment procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Boston Pre‑K Enrollment Manager to monitor and track seat availability.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person meetings promptly.

Job Description:

This is a full‑time, school‑year position for a one‑year term. The ideal candidate will have experience managing systems, supporting families from diverse backgrounds, and evaluating, managing, and collaborating within the Boston Public Schools special education process.
