Qualifications

• Strong experience turning inquiries into participation.
• Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups.
• Comfort with phone, text, email, and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to new leads via phone, text, and email.
• Follow up with prospective participants and families.
• Book trials and introductory programs; convert leads into memberships.
• Maintain accurate notes in sales and registration systems.
• Coordinate with coaches and staff as needed.
