Job summary

GT Independence seeks an Enrollment Manager to drive strategic enrollment and referral processes for self-directed services. The role partners with case managers, brokers and internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.

You will oversee the enrollment lifecycle, coach staff, and optimize processes to meet program goals, all while maintaining a high standard of service and communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience leading complex projects and teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enrollment team to ensure high‑quality service during the enrollment process.
• Generate leads and referrals for new individuals.
• Cultivate relationships with case managers and other referral sources.
• Drive enrollments to meet growth goals within existing contracts.
• Provide timely updates to referrers and participants on enrollment status.
