Job summary

Parkour Generations Boston is seeking a personable Enrollment & Sales Representative to turn interest into participation across a network of locations and community programs. This hybrid/remote role emphasizes customer engagement, lead follow-up, and program navigation, with Boston-area presence preferred for in-person events.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, scheduling trials, and converting leads into memberships while maintaining CRM notes and collaborating with coaches.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or enrollment is preferred, especially in membership or service-based sales.
• Strong communication skills and ability to initiate conversations with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to new leads by phone, text, and email.
• Follow up with prospective participants and families.
• Help customers navigate programs, locations, schedules, and memberships.
• Book trial classes, introductory programs, camps, events, and other entry points.
• Follow up after trials to encourage continued participation.
• Convert leads into memberships and ongoing programs.
• Maintain accurate notes and schedules in sales/registration systems.
• Collaborate with coaches and program staff when guidance is needed.
• Occasionally attend events and community programs.
