Job summary

Spring Health is hiring an Enrollment Specialist who will own clinician enrollment with health plans and roster accuracy, working fully remotely. You will coordinate rosters, verify licenses and locations, and ensure clean submissions to avoid claims issues, while leveraging AI tools for automation and data checks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct experience in provider enrollment and rostering with commercial health plans.
• Experience following each plan's submission process to achieve clean acceptances.
• Experience automating roster submission or enrollment workflows.

Responsibilities

• Submit and track clinician enrollment requests with multiple health plans and timelines.
• Build, quality-check, and submit clinician rosters in Google Sheets and Excel.
• Reconcile records across internal systems and plan files to prevent claims issues.
• Manage enrollments/removals and terminations with accurate end dates.
• Monitor status and escalate delays with clear next steps.
• Communicate with clinicians and health plan contacts professionally.
• Use AI tools daily to validate outputs before sharing with plans or clinicians.
