Job summary

Sprinter Health is seeking a detail-oriented Credentialing & Payor Enrollment Analyst to support onboarding, credentialing, licensing, and enrollment with payors to enable timely care and reimbursement. You will own end-to-end workflows across credentialing, licensing, and payor enrollment in a fast-growing, fully remote environment.

The role requires strong organizational skills and experience with CAQH, multistate operations, and high-volume processes, ensuring provider eligibility and smooth

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare credentialing, licensing, and payor enrollment across multiple states.
• Experience creating and maintaining CAQH accounts.
• Strong, detail-oriented, document-heavy workflow management.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills across multiple providers.
• Clear written and verbal communication in a startup/fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end provider onboarding, credentialing, licensing, and payor enrollment.
• Collect and verify documentation; submit enrollment applications to payors.
• Track status, resolve deficiencies, and prevent onboarding delays.
• Maintain credentialing records and communicate timelines and risks clearly.
