Job summary

National University seeks an Enrollment Advisor for a full-time, work-from-home role. You will guide prospective students from inquiry to enrollment, manage outbound and inbound communications, and document interactions in Salesforce.

You will build rapport, coordinate with Enrollment Specialists, and help students weigh academics, scheduling, and costs to make informed decisions. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with experience in education or consultative sales and CRM/SIS familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; team experience helpful.
• Experience with call center software and customer inquiries.
• Familiar with CRM/SIS and MS Office tools.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and organize data.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage prospective students via phone, text, and email.
• Guide students from inquiry to enrollment and document interactions in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Enrollment Specialists to facilitate class start and admissions requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of programs, policies, and cost considerations.
