Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking an Associate to cultivate a pipeline of applicants and drive outreach, admissions, and digital engagement. You will promote Per Scholas' mission through community outreach, recruitment, and program branding, shaping the student experience and refining processes.

You will support data management in Salesforce, coordinate class kickoffs, graduations, and cross-functional projects, while collaborating with teams to achieve enrollment goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in admissions in a nonprofit or college environment is a plus.
• Strong technical aptitude with Google Sheets/Excel, Slides/PowerPoint, Salesforce, etc.
• Excellent written communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Experience with social media marketing is a plus.
• Prior knowledge or background in IT and a desire to learn is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement a rigorous outreach and admissions process throughout its life-cycle.
• Conduct presentations and off-site information sessions.
• Build relationships with referral partner organizations for pipelines.
• Receive and process candidate applications, including phone screens and TABE.
• Communicate with candidates, build rapport, and refer to services as needed.
• Implement retention activities for alumni populations.
