Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking an Associate, Recruitment & Admissions to build an applicant pipeline and guide students through the enrollment process. You will lead outreach, information sessions, and partnerships with referral organizations while promoting our IT training programs.

You will manage candidate communications, conduct interviews, and document activities in Salesforce, supporting the program lifecycle from outreach through graduation.

Qualifications

• Experience in admissions in a nonprofit or college environment is a plus.
• Strong technical aptitude with spreadsheets, slides, and CRM systems.
• Excellent written communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Experience with social media marketing a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an applicant pipeline through outreach and enrollment.
• Present information sessions and coordinate admissions.
• Identify referral partners to sustain candidate pipelines.
• Process applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate TABE testing.
• Use Salesforce to track data and generate reports.
• Support class kickoffs, graduations, and alumni activities.
