Trivium is seeking a Senior Tax Advisor who is an Enrolled Agent to manage a portfolio of entrepreneur clients. This fully remote U.S. role focuses on strategic tax planning and advisory conversations rather than traditional tax-prep work.

You will collaborate with the Senior Tax Manager and other teams, lead client calls, review financials, identify planning opportunities, and translate meetings into actionable plans. Strong communication and proactive mindset are essential.

Formación

• Active Enrolled Agent (EA) credential, in good standing with the IRS.
• 3–7+ years of tax, accounting or tax-advisory experience.
• Strong understanding of closely held businesses, S corporations and individual taxation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead recurring tax-strategy and advisory calls with clients.
• Review client financials, projections, prior-year returns and previous recommendations before meetings.
• Identify tax-planning opportunities, risks and areas requiring deeper review.
• Explain complex tax concepts in clear, practical language.
• Translate meetings into a clear, actionable client plan.
• Route technical or complex issues to the Senior Tax Manager.
• Make sure recommendations enter the firm’s implementation workflow.
• Proactively reach out when client financials or business changes create planning opportunities.
