CV Resources, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Tax Strategist to join a fast-growing advisory-focused CPA firm. The role emphasizes client-facing advisory work, tax strategy development, and complex decision-making for real estate investors, business owners, and high-net-worth clients.

The position centers on developing strategies, evaluating opportunities, and guiding clients through advanced tax planning, with heavy emphasis on advisory services over traditional compliance. Remote option offered.

Formación

• Active CPA or EA required.
• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Strong client-facing experience with business owners and investors.
• Experience with tax planning and advisory services.
• Knowledge of Form 3115 and Section 481(a) adjustments.
• Understanding of Short-Term Rental Strategies and 1031 Exchanges.

Responsabilidades

• Lead advanced tax planning sessions with clients and prospective clients.
• Advise business owners and real estate investors on tax reduction strategies.
• Analyze and stress-test tax planning opportunities, including real estate and alternative investment strategies.
• Conduct tax projections, modeling, and planning analyses.
• Evaluate cost segregation opportunities, REPS qualification, STR strategies, and 1031 exchange planning.
• Serve as a trusted advisor during high-level client conversations.
• Research complex tax matters and prepare recommendations.
• Support tax compliance work during busy season.
