Job summary

Randstad USA is partnering with a CPA firm to recruit an experienced Enrolled Agent (EA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to manage an assigned portfolio of individual, corporate, and non-profit clients. This role delivers comprehensive tax, accounting, and strategic advisory services year-round.

On-Site, Hybrid or Remote! The ideal candidate has deep expertise in federal/state tax compliance, financial reporting, and proactive tax strategy, with a track record of preparing complex returns

Qualifications

• Active CPA or EA license in good standing preferred.
• 3+ years of experience with Forms 1040, 1120, 1120-S, 990, and 709.
• Proven tax-planning and business advisory experience beyond seasonal tax prep.
• Strong tax research, analytical reasoning, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Previews and completes federal and state returns across multiple entity types.
• Delivers year-round tax planning and advisory services.
• Researches evolving tax legislation and identifies tax-saving strategies.
• Manages IRS and state authority inquiries and deadlines.
