Responsibilities

• Strategic Advisory: Lead tax planning kickoff calls and quarterly advisory meetings with clients.
• Proactive Planning: Review financials and advise on entity structuring and compensation optimization.
• Technical Leadership: Prepare or review complex returns reflecting strategic planning.
• Firm Scaling: Help strengthen and scale advisory offerings and set high technical standards.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor team members to foster excellence.
