Job summary

Thefirmconsult is seeking a Bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager to join a U.S.-based partner firm remotely from outside the United States. You will manage injury cases from intake to resolution, coordinate medical records, and communicate with attorneys, clients, and insurers.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with prior personal injury experience preferred. This role offers a long-term remote career with competitive compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be located outside of the United States.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Personal injury law firm experience preferred.
• Experience as a Case Manager or similar role preferred.
• Strong understanding of PI case workflows, medical coordination, and settlements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and legal case management software.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
• Serve as primary contact for clients with regular updates and excellent service.
• Coordinate medical treatment, request records, and manage billing docs.
• Work with attorneys to keep cases moving and support strategy.
• Draft correspondence, case summaries, and legal documents.
• Communicate professionally with insurance adjusters and providers.
• Track deadlines, follow-ups, and milestones.
• Maintain organized case files in the case management system.
• Assist with settlement prep and gather supporting docs.
• Provide additional admin and case management support as needed.
