Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to evaluate AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare AI-generated images and videos, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off.

Work remotely on a flexible schedule, with pay per hour and incentives based on performance and missions. Ideal candidates have strong written communication, meticulous attention to detail, and are comfortable making clear decisions when options have flaws.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Great attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in on content.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio/video, and report findings in writing.
• Rate outputs across adherence, quality, and realism, providing a written explanation in English.
