Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of your home. You will score AI voice conversations, compare images and videos, and explain discrepancies in writing.

Flexible hours and fully remote work let you set your schedule while contributing to frontier AI evaluation. Responsibilities include live interactions with AI models, ranking outputs, and producing concise explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor’s degree or above is a plus.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic situations naturally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in, replaying) to spot issues like artifacts, motion oddities, or audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions (adherence, quality, realism) and writing a written explanation in English detailing what you saw or heard.
