Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a flexible schedule. You will host live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what is off in writing.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy under time pressure.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when options have flaws.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking naturalness and usefulness of responses and explaining decisions in writing.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos for prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, or misalignment.
• Rating outputs across adherence, quality, and realism and writing explanations.
