Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented evaluators to review AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain in writing what looked off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates have strong English, sharp attention to detail, and may hold a bachelor’s degree or higher. Flexible, remote work with competitive earnings and incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in on outputs.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
• Ability to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing concise evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Rank how natural, useful, and clear each response sounds.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Write a clear, English explanation citing what you saw or heard.
