Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of home. You will roleplay with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain what looked off in writing, remotely and on your own schedule.

Work fully remotely with flexible hours. Earn up to $18 USD per hour, with additional incentives through Missions, and free access to leading LLMs worth $200+ per month.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication in everyday conversations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to assess adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs to spot distortions, artifacts, or misalignment and explain findings in writing.
