Job summary

Outlier invites detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on their own schedule. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain what went wrong in writing.

Work from home with flexible hours and pay rates that vary by expertise and project requirements. Weekly payments are available via ACH, PayPal, and AirTM, with access to leading LLMs free of charge.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail; patient to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better followed the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming, replaying) to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flicker, or text/audio mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a specific English explanation of the observations.
