Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home, on your own schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain what’s off in writing for each task.

Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail and the ability to articulate precise observations. Remote work offers flexible hours, with compensation up to $18 USD per hour plus incentives and free access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews is a plus.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations naturally.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, or misaligned audio and video.
• Write concise English explanations pointing to observed issues.
