Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented, English-speaking evaluators to review AI-generated media and rate how well outputs follow prompts. You’ll roleplay conversations with AI voice models and compare images and videos, then document precise explanations of issues, all from a remote setup on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include ranking the naturalness and usefulness of exchanges, ensuring accuracy in captions or descriptions, and providing concise written justifications for each decision.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful listening.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio misalignment.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
