Job summary

VIVA USA Inc seeks a Tender and Project Procurement Specialist to lead end‑to‑end procurement for large EPC programs. You will own the Tender Sourcing Plan (TSP) and Project Procurement Plan (PPP) and drive On‑Time Delivery for long‑lead equipment, coordinating with Sales, Engineering, and global category teams.

The role requires 5+ years in procurement within project environments, strong ERP and scheduling tool skills, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years in project procurement within EPC or related environments.
• Proven track record managing large-scale procurement plans.
• Fluency in English, strong communication, and travel willingness.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end tender and project procurement for large EPC programs.
• Develop and own Tender Sourcing Plan (TSP) and Project Procurement Plan (PPP).
• Drive On-Time Delivery (OTD) for long‑lead equipment and manage risks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Quality, Legal, Finance, and global teams.
• Publish weekly procurement dashboards and support expediting and logistics.
