Job summary

Ellsworth Adhesives, a unit of Ellsworth Corporation, seeks an Engineering Sales Representative to drive sales in Minnesota. The role collaborates with customer engineering teams to specify and develop manufacturing processes for specialty chemical solutions.

This is a fully remote position, with candidates required to reside in Minnesota in the sales territory. The candidate should have entrepreneurial spirit, strong analytics, and pricing strategy skills, with 3+ years in industrial B2B sales

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial B2B sales experience, preferably in specialty chemicals.
• Bachelor degree in technical or business-related field preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and a personal vehicle for daily territory use.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Determines and presents engineered solutions for customer applications and coordinates testing.
• Establishes professional relationships with purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, QA, and management.
• Partners with internal and external stakeholders to meet customer needs.
• Maintains technical knowledge of specialty chemical solutions and uses technology to manage territory.
• Identifies and pursues new business opportunities to hit sales targets in the territory.
