Job summary

Collins Aerospace seeks an Engineer Project Assistant to support software and systems engineers with administrative and documentation tasks, coordinating Inter-Entity IOT requests and providing project support.

You will assist engineering teams, prepare presentations, maintain documentation, and help with process education and metrics. Remote role with collaboration across multiple engineering functions.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or AA/AS degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience communicating with a wide variety of technical and management personnel.

Responsibilities

• Manage Inter-Entity IOT requests and consultation.
• Coordinate and lead activities with strong organization and analytical skills.
• Prepare presentations and edit required documentation.
• Facilitate meetings and track status updates.
• Provide tools expertise for MS Office, change management and reporting.
• Interface with engineers and engineering managers to edit documentation.
