Job summary

You will track timelines, maintain WBS and resource assignments, process project documents, and prepare status reports to help teams meet milestones. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential, with familiarity in Agile or Waterfall methods.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of project coordination or support experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering or related field.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Track and update project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Maintain WBS and resource assignments within the timekeeping system.
• Process new project documentation and ensure all requirements are recorded accurately.
• Create and manage project documentation, including status reports, tracking sheets, and presentations.
• Ensure record-keeping is accurate and up-to-date.
