Job summary

TreeHouse Foods, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Engineering to lead capital planning and project execution for multiple food manufacturing sites across the US and Canada. The role focuses on developing a 5-year capital plan, guiding an engineering team, and ensuring delivery within scope, safety, and budget.

You will collaborate across Operations, Quality, EHS, Finance, IT, and Growth Unit leaders, traveling ~50% and reporting into Engineering leadership. A bachelor’s in engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Experience in aseptic environment and capital project execution.
• Demonstrated capability in multi-site capital planning.
• LEAN Capital Initiative Management experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 5-year capital plan across US and Canada manufacturing facilities.
• Oversee capital projects with a formal initiative management process.
• Manage KPIs including safety, CQV, schedule, and budget.
• Partner with sourcing to develop procurement strategies.
• Mentor and coach team members in a matrix organization.
