Compensation ranges from $170,000 to $230,000 annually, reflecting senior leadership responsibilities and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in engineering operations or complex organizational settings.
• Experience leading large-scale engineering programs and governance frameworks.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into actionable execution and insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of strategic engineering initiatives aligned with operational objectives.
• Provide leadership for engineering standards, change governance, and training teams.
• Establish and maintain engineering standards and governance frameworks for scalable execution.
• Drive integration between engineering strategy and operational performance measurement.
• Partner with regional engineering leadership to support initiative adoption and accountability.
• Develop performance frameworks and KPI dashboards to measure program outcomes.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts by identifying operational issues and opportunities.
