For our client, we are seeking a Engineering Programs & Performance Lead to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will shape and execute strategic engineering initiatives that support operational excellence across a large, matrixed organization. The position will bring structure to engineering standards, governance, training, and performance measurement to improve consistency, accountability, and results. Working closely with regional engineering leadership and cross-functional partners, this leader will help translate strategy into scalable execution and actionable insights. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $170,000 – $230,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of strategic engineering initiatives aligned with operational objectives.
• Provide leadership for engineering standards, change governance, and training teams.
• Establish and maintain engineering standards and governance frameworks for scalable execution.
• Drive integration between engineering strategy and operational performance measurement.
• Partner with regional engineering leadership to support initiative adoption and accountability.
