Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. The role supports coordinating projects from pre-construction through close-out, partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure scope, budget, schedules, and decisions are clearly tracked and communicated. Location: Remote - US based candidates only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in construction, project coordination, project engineering, or an owner's-representative role.
• Exceptionally organized with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Comfortable using AI tools for project documentation and follow-up.
• Working proficiency with Microsoft Planner for task tracking.
• Experience building and maintaining SharePoint sites.
• Strong written communication skills for clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Track project phases and confirm outcomes before moving forward.
• Ensure consistent use of standard project documents across all projects.
• Confirm adherence to the agreed RACI for stakeholder involvement.
• Support scope sign-off and budget close-out during pre-construction.
• Read and follow construction drawings and schedules to track progress.
• Prepare office services leaders for key decision points with organized summaries.
• Build and maintain SharePoint sites as the single source of truth for projects.
