Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to lead deployment and installation projects, coordinate device deployments, and manage procurement with vendors. You will coordinate across customers, engineering, operations and leadership, track milestones, risks and dependencies, and lead escalation and risk mitigation to ensure on-time delivery.

Willingness to travel extensively on the East Coast is required; based in Ashville, NC with remote options as needed.

Qualifications

• Experienced Engineering Program Manager leading deployment and installation projects.

• Drive stakeholder coordination across customers, engineering, operations and leadership.
• Track progress, milestones, risks and dependencies for on-time delivery.
• Lead escalation management, issue resolution and risk mitigation.
• Translate engineering requirements into actionable project plans.
• Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills with customer-facing experience.
• Willingness to travel extensively to customer and deployment sites.
• Knowledge of cameras, vision systems, lighting systems, connectivity, sensors and related hardware.
