Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Delivery Readiness & Enablement Manager to support our Raleigh, NC office. This remote/teleworker role partners with enablement leads, program managers, SMEs, and business stakeholders to coordinate readiness activities, create assets, maintain knowledge repositories, and drive launch readiness programs.

You will help teams adopt new tools and processes, manage content, and deliver enablement experiences at scale across global networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Enablement, Customer Success, Training Coordination, Program Coordination, Adoption Programs, and Business Operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and project coordination capabilities.
• Experience creating business content and collateral.

Responsibilities

• Support readiness planning activities and project execution.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and deliverable tracking.
• Manage readiness workstreams, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Develop enablement assets: job aids, guides, checklists, and onboarding materials.
• Maintain knowledge repositories and drive launch readiness programs.
