Job summary

Veeam, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking an HRBP Director to partner with engineering leadership and align HR strategies with business goals. You will drive talent management, succession planning, and organizational development while promoting a positive culture and compliance.

You will leverage HR analytics to guide decisions, collaborate with Compensation, Benefits, L&D, and HR Operations, and lead initiatives that boost engagement and performance across the tech org.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of HR experience supporting engineering in tech.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Proven leadership with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking to align HR with business goals.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
• Strong relationship-building across organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering leadership to develop and implement People strategies that support business goals and organizational effectiveness.
• Review talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention metrics and implement succession planning.
• Lead organizational development initiatives and foster employee engagement and development.
• Guide managers on HR policies, ensure compliance, and promote a positive work environment.
• Coach on performance evaluations and develop training and development plans.
• Use HR analytics to inform strategic decisions and report to leadership.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion through programs and cross-functional collaboration.
