Job summary

Veeam seeks an HRBP Director to act as a strategic partner to Engineering leadership, aligning people strategies with business objectives and driving talent initiatives in a fast-paced tech environment.

You will collaborate across HR functions to ensure compliant, data-driven programs that improve performance, retention, and organizational culture while guiding leaders through transformation and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years in HR supporting engineering within tech.
• Extensive knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Proven leadership experience managing HR teams or influencing stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking to align HR with business goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to influence.
• Strong relationship-building across the organization.
• Experience leading change initiatives and managing transformations.
• Strong project management skills to oversee multiple HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering leadership to develop People strategies and align HR with business goals.
• Guide talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, and succession planning.
• Lead organizational development initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate on Employee Relations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Coach managers on performance evaluations and development plans.
• Use HR analytics to identify trends and inform leadership decisions.
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion through policies and collaboration with HR functions.
