Qualifikationen

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking to align HR initiatives with business goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Partner with Engineering leadership to develop and implement People strategies.
• Review talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention metrics; implement succession planning.
