You will oversee architecture decisions, drive delivery, and mentor engineers while collaborating with product, design, mobile, backend and AI teams to turn ambitious problems into tangible outcomes.

The role requires a strong technical leader who balances speed with reliability and operates across people, product and technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 5+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• Proven track record shipping production systems across web/mobile.
• Strong architectural and mentoring capabilities.
• Experience collaborating with product/design/AI teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers across frontend, backend, and full stack.
• Own delivery for major product areas with a focus on reliability and quality.
• Drive architecture decisions for APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with product, design, mobile, backend and AI teams to turn problems into technical solutions.
• Develop engineers through feedback, coaching and performance management.
