Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering with leadership experience.
• Experience recruiting, developing, and managing teams, with performance management.
• Ability to influence strategy and roadmaps across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple engineering teams delivering large-scale projects with significant business impact.
• Shape technical strategy and long-term roadmap priorities across teams.
• Identify and resolve blockers affecting vision, people, or delivery.
• Maintain technical engagement and contribute where appropriate.
• Delegate responsibilities to leads to ensure sound engineering decisions.
• Grow the team through proactive sourcing, recruitment, and leadership development.
• Foster a culture of craftsmanship, healthy codebases, and efficient workflows.
• Monitor team health with regular feedback and retention efforts.
• Communicate context across the org and align engineering work with business goals.
• Model cross-functional ownership with product, design, and data partners.
