Job summary

RevenueCat is a remote-first company building the default monetization platform for mobile apps. We seek an engineering manager to design, build, ship and support end-to-end features that help developers grow their business.

You will mentor engineers, lead cross-functional collaboration with product and design, and drive roadmap execution in a distributed team. You will balance feature delivery with technical debt and system improvements, perform code reviews, and contribute to high-quality

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams.
• Experience working cross functionally to build prioritized roadmaps for teams.
• Ability to balance shipping new features, managing technical debt and system improvements.
• Hands-on with code reviews and bug investigation when needed.
• Comfort writing SQL queries to analyze data and find inconsistencies.
• Work with team to deliver value and quality software through shorter iterative cycles.
• Improve product quality to meet requirements, customer needs and SLAs.
• Provide technical leadership and guide engineers on key decisions.
• Coaching engineers in career development.
• Customer obsessed, prioritizing outcomes and experiences.

• Build and lead a highly engaged distributed team by hiring, supporting, coaching the team to deliver consistently and continuously seek ways to make an impact.
• Work cross functionally with product, design and support to set direction and anticipate scaling challenges.
• Iteratively execute the roadmap and build transparent processes for predictable delivery.
