Job summary

RevenueCat is seeking a senior engineering leader to build and guide a distributed team across product, design, and support. You will drive roadmap planning, balance feature delivery with tech debt, and mentor engineers to grow their careers while maintaining high quality software.

You will lead by example in code reviews, triage, and technical decisions, ensuring customer outcomes and SLAs are met through iterative development cycles and strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams.
• Experience building prioritized roadmaps with cross-functional partners.
• Hands-on with code reviews and debugging when needed.
• Able to write SQL to analyze data and find inconsistencies.
• Able to ship features while managing tech debt and system improvements.
• Customer-obsessed, focusing on outcomes and quality software.
