Job summary

Tech Asst is seeking an Engineering Manager / Senior Engineering Manager for Python & AWS in the Claims/Healthcare domain. You will lead engineering teams to design scalable, secure, and high‑quality cloud applications and drive AI-assisted engineering adoption to improve delivery.

The role requires proven leadership and strong Python and AWS expertise, including REST APIs, microservices, and CI/CD. You will mentor engineers, review designs, manage milestones, and ensure production readiness

Qualifications

Lead engineering teams to deliver scalable cloud applications.
Domain knowledge in Claims or Healthcare is highly preferred.
Proficient in Python, AWS, REST APIs, and AI-assisted tooling.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor engineering teams, providing technical guidance and delivery of high‑quality software.
Review designs and guide backend development with Python and AWS.
Drive AI-assisted engineering adoption to improve productivity and code quality.
Oversee code reviews, security, CI/CD, testing, and deployments.
Manage milestones, dependencies, risks, and resources.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business needs.
Ensure production readiness and adherence to ISMS policies.
Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous learning.
