Domain Knowledge — Mandatory

• Prior experience or strong domain knowledge in Claims or Healthcare.

Drive technical excellence, AI-assisted engineering adoption, software quality, and timely delivery.

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience in technical leadership, team mentoring, and solution design.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using AI-assisted engineering tools for coding, debugging, testing, refactoring, and code optimization.
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, application security, and production deployments.

Primary Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services and cloud-native architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools such as GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q Developer, Cursor, or equivalent.
• Experience with code reviews, performance optimization, and engineering best practices.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Go (Golang).
• Knowledge of cloud-native deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure automation.
